Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Connectesy software or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Connectesy on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Connectesy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the software for your internal business or personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software without a written reseller agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Connectesy to: access systems without authorization; distribute malware or engage in cyberattacks; violate any applicable laws; harass, stalk, or harm others; or circumvent any of our technical protections.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime (99.99% for Enterprise). Scheduled maintenance is excluded from SLA calculations. You can monitor real-time status at status.connectesy.com.

6. Intellectual Property

Connectesy and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the software and services. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connectesy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
